It was very terrible to play. My question is: Could you please try to solve those lag spikes and making the server again playable.

Hi,

Thank you for the info. I believe these should be sorted now. This was an issue with our hosts and an issue that occured this morning ...

Between the hours of 04:30 - 05:30 this morning, we fitted a new line card to our primary router located London, Docklands. Unfortunately, a hardware fault has arisen requiring the immediate replacement of the faulty line card.

An emergency maintenance window has been scheduled today between 11:00 - 12:30 GMT. During the scheduled window, connectivity will be lost for approximately 5 - 10 mins while the line card is replaced, tested and the IOS reloaded.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; the emergency maintenance is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of our network.

Please note: Due to the faulty line card, packets are currently being software switched by the router instead of in hardware. As a result of this, the router's CPUs are under extreme load which might result in packet loss before the maintenance window.

Please excuse my posts .. I try, often unwisely, to write in E-Prime :S
