Me and Chif built a computer today and i thought i would share the adventure with the forums

The whole build took us about 5 hours and was a little tricky but we managed it. Trying to install windows 7 took the absolute piss, changing which sata3 ports it went into, updating the bios, damn partioning and the hard-drive in general.... 2 hours later we managed to fix all the minor issues

Omnomnom! Had a lot of fun building this
Surprised it went so smoothly for our first build just the hickup with the bios not liking the SATA3 port the hard drive was in xD (and a couple of other minor things)

Yeah it's our first build. Quite proud we got it all completed and working

I take it then that you have built quite a few systems in your time then tunes xD

I build a system at least once or two per week, some regular and some quite overpowered and some built to server specs, it really depends on what the costumer wants.

Of-course I joke. But yeah, thats pretty cool.. Me, my dad and my brother have made every computer I've ever owned so-far (except my laptop :p)

How is it sound wise ?

its awesome but the cables can go die that is something that can come with experiance

Yeah, those cables were so braided their thickness was the size of me arm, so we just thought "stick 'em as far right as possible and that'll do" xD

Makes me want to build a new computer! On the phone to EA Games atm.. its been like 41 minutes... to change an email address on my account FFS.
