Hey

Is there anyone with knowledge within the subject of harddrives?
I have a HDD with booting problems. Here is the problem:
On my XP computer which I use as a storagecomputer on my LAN (kinda like a servver/backup)I bought a new HDD for about 3 years ago and that worked out fine. The old one however, contains some pictures that I really want (from holidays/family/parties etc). And this one wont boot at all, I plug it in as a Primary Slave in my XP computer and the computer completely stops. I can enter BIOS, but after that, it completely stops. No errors what so ever... You have any tips or suggestions for what I can do?

I have actually tried to connect it via a IDE -> USB converter, but no luck there either.
So please, if you have anything, come with it.
