And for those not aware of JMJ, in some ways he is the father of most modern electronic music (that includes anything electronic - including electric-guitars), certainly a pioneer, but my main interest lies in his concerts which are usually one-off events that takes years of planning.

You might not like the music, but you MUST appreciate the amazing performances of this artist I attended the Wembley stadium concert, his first tour, and it was mind-blowing.

They take place outside normally, use the surrounding area, local people, orchestra's, choirs, lasers, lights, fireworks, huge projections, massive puppets, strange instruments, etc, etc. They are massive events and often attended by millions. His Bastille day concert is quite famous, as was his London Docklands, Eiffel Tower, China concerts and possibly 'up there uber-impressive' was his Millenium Pyramid concert...

I have lots of vynils from JMJ, also a few covers from other artists, I was born with analog synth age, he and Kraftwerk are the father of digital music.

JMJ concerts allways stood for massive efects, weird instruments and also.. free at least the ones made for massive audiences, he also has some world records in concert attendece.

He is indeed one of the best artists in the area, I can say, he IS the best!

One of my all time favourites is his laser harp. Love the idea and the effect.
