Got this though Tunes (Damn you for showing me it! )

One of the best games I have ever played. Graphics are amazing and the freedom is immense. Yesterday at Tunes's house we could notice that you have a huge visibility, you can see things that are across the map in the sky...

The ceiling of the game is HUGE, in fact the game is HUGE!

Story like Johan said could be better and dialogues too, but then again, its all about the fun it is.

Went Friday to Tunes house, got the game, and hit 6 hours of game time Saturday morning only doing 3 missions so far...

Just love to go sky-high and base jump from mountains or free-fall to the ground from a plane(yes, you don't need a parachute, you can jump from an aeroplane and land on the floor without opening it...)

Be prepared as I'm thinking of releasing a video with Tunes on TWKgaming's Youtube channel about the game with a crazy idea we had...

Below some hints/spoilers...

Oddities and Easter Eggs

Bubble Blaster (Weapon)

Coordinates: 4247 x 25959
Details: At the top level of a small stone tower. It does no damage, but firing it at the police gets your heat up. Ammo is 300, + full clip.

Beached whale

Coordinates: 29678 x 31349
Details: An armor part can be found inside whale.

Fake shark

Coordinates: 12665 x 22595
Details: Roams around the small lagoon at this location. A motorized shark fin - there is no shark beneath it, just some sort of motor beneath the waterline.

Hot air balloon

Coordinates: 7348 x 16140
Details: Marked as a ? on your pullout map. Disposable helicopter/plane recommended. Shoot off all the sand bags, then activate the burner a bunch of times to get it going. You have no real control over its direction and you cant do a base jump off of it.
Note: When you're in the hidden hot air balloon, you can actually control its direction by continuously running, dive rolling, or melee attacking in the direction you wish to move. It's terminal velocity isn't exactly fast, but you can still outrun those slow driving civilians!

Lost Island

Coordinates: The small island in the top left of the map; the hatch is at 1743 x 4363.
Details: Your plane blows up when you are over the island; you can still order stuff from the black market.

Race Track

Co-ordinates: 9170 x 11413
Details: A very fast car can be found here.

Mount Rushmore Clone

Coordinates: 30453 x 30698, slightly southeast of the military base
Details: Similar to Mount Rushmore.

Mile High Club

Co-ordinates: 29584 x 11435
Details: Helicopter recommended. A large floating airship suspending a reasonable sized deck. Features a helipad and a private jet you can use to leave. You can make a 1000m base jump by jumping off the top of the balloons.

Ski Resort

Coordinates: 24574 x 14786
Details:

Panau Casino

Coordinates: 18565 x 17755
Details:

Panau International Airport

Coordinates: 9748 x 12798
Details: Military-controlled airport.

Panau Capital City

Coordinates: 3741 x 15786
Details:

Giant Satellite Dish

Coordinates: 23440 x 17420
Details: Great for getting stunt driver points -- just drive really quickly round it.

Cape Carnival Rocket base

Coordinates: 30172 x 14068
Details:

Karl Blaine's House

Coordinates: 17276 x 14343
Details:

Easter Egg: The Island from 'Lost'

In the northwest corner of the map is an island separated from the mainland by a fair stretch of water. If you fly over this island in any plane you'll automatically crash. On the island you can find numerous references to Lost, including plane wreckage of Oceanic Flight 815, familiar settings like the stream. You'll hear sounds of the Smoke Monster as you explore too. There's even a hatch to be found!

Note: After you've completed the mission where you have to rescue a guy from Lost island, you can land a plane on lost island and dock a boat there without your vehicle blowing up.
DS : No worries. I've just tried to burn then microwave then shred my wow invite.

damn... Now I'll have to go around the game again to find all the easter eggs

BTW vogs, done all that thing of running in what vehicle I could find to cross the map.. took around 45 minutes...

The game is defo the best, biggest, play freedom game I've ever played (hope to say the same in a few time)

Indeed is has the biggest map, and, from one side, things in the other side are rendered (at least in my rig), the mile high club, we were around 15 kms from it, and it could be ssen clearly...

However, the missions, some are quite dull, weapons could have taken a few more time, vehicles are good and handle well, but the most is a small jet, I pass most of the time getting the jet to do some air tricks!

I was trying to beat the game on the hardest setting for the achievment but with 2 missions left its getting too hard to punch in the codes on some missions so I have taken a break from it..

But its a great game to just goof around in. I have spent 59 hours in it and still only completed 33%. when I finished the campaign it was around 25-27%.

59 hours??!?! geeez

I wish I could go back to school and gaming... in my time.. there was... 2 colors Hercules graphics or cga (ARGH) or the Amiga... Even though, great times.

I won't be spending much more time on jc2, im around 27% done, but won't go any further, maybe just some flying and destressing a bit.
