So guys this is the first avatar i made on photoshop i use photoshop more for banners/signatures not avatars but this 1 is really nice i think

Yeah, looks nice, however you can give some style to those letters, and the gfx inside the D doesn't really work...

Background looks nice. Use some contrast on the Dark lettering.
