I'm sure you have noticed already that the website is considerably faster than before - in fact, that's an understatement.

We have Tunes to thank for this as he has providing the community pretty much a dedicated server to host this site and our maps. Not only does this mean that we save money that we pay (which is on top of the gaming server costs) but it means we get things served blisteringly fast - not only this website, but new maps, etc!

I personally would like to say a big thanks to Tunes for sorting this out - I know the config took a lot of time. I also know we have a secure, highly-tuned and 'well-oiled' server

Thaks, I only ask not to despair, if for any reason the site may look down for a few moments (usually seconds, I hope) lots of things are changing beneath the platform that runs the site, so sometimes (lesser with time) might take a little longer to access, maps are also served here for all game servers, so things might speed a little too.

I must say, the previous hosting was getting a bit painfull in portugal for access, being too darned slow, so I offered the community this dedicated hosting for all twk server needs, excluding game servers.

Hope this get more people here, many tend to leave cause of slow sites (I don't really like slow sites)

Please bear with us if sometimes the site is down, work is being done.

I too would like to thank Tunes for all the work involved.

Most may not realize the amount of work behind configuring and fine tuning this server so it can deliver blazing fast queries and pages.
