just posting this to let you guys know that i was supposed to take a flight back from Spain tommorow

But as there is a vulcano erruption going on in Iceland, i ll prob be stuck here for several days. And it s rainy here so i m not too keen on that, lol

I was gonna do some fixing on the wcs server, but that ll have to wait i m afraid

4th day stuck now & no improvement. Found a cheaper internetcafe though, so that`s a start.

My flight got reboked to Thuseday (5 days later then when i was ment to fly >.< and i hope the sky will be clear enough to travel then.

Not something i`ll easely forget ( nor will my wallet )

Other transportations were all impossible.

I needed to get to Belgium from Spain. The god d*** French people's trains were in a strike so couldn't get home that way. All busses were gone, not 1 bus available...
Our flight company 'Sn Brussels airlines' said it was An act of god & didn't help what so ever in finding hotels or other ways of transport.

Renting a car to drive the 2600 km our self would've cost like € 2000 to rent a small one & then another € 1800 if we wanted to cross the Spanish border.

At the end we formed a group of 50 Belgians whom were all stuck & managed to hire our own buss & drive home. Lucky thing there were 2 bus drivers in that group :p
Hope that this will not happen to often in the future & that none of you ever has to go through this in the future. Most nerve wrecking trip ever lol

Well mate, glad you are at home, this ashcloud really bring some kaos to our european airlines. Sometimes mother natures kick us in the stomach like that and there is nothing we can do but watch...

Hope this wont't happen again at least to you.
