Server staff CAN raid too! Don't complain if you get raided by a Mod, X-Mod or Admin! However, if you know they used their powers to gain an advantage over you, then report them immediately!

PVP
Killing in any form is allowed, although Spawn Killing is not (defined below). You are not abliged to give items back, and can keep your spoils of war.

Raiding
Raiding is when you break into someones base to steal their items. This is normally done in 2 ways. Shoot their chests with TNT to get the items (destroying a wall is fine to gain access to chests, but destroying excessively is not), or to claim over their chests and loot them. When raiding do not cross the line into griefing.

Scamming
Although this is a douchey move, it is allowed. However, repeatedly tricking players to get their items may borderline harassment, and a member of staff may punish you at their own discretion.

Spawn Killing
To kill someone over and over for no better reason then to annoy them. For example, killing someone who has -10 power and isn't fighting back. If they carry on attacking you, you may retalliate, however, killing them for the fun of it when they're just standing there, or forcefully trying to enter areas a player is safe just to repeatedly kill them is not allowed.

Harassment/Abuse
Harassment is when you repeatedly target a player to intentionally annoy them or sabotage them. This includes repeatedly being hostile towards them in chat, "stalking" them to find their base to raid them constantly, or killing them whenever you get the chance just to annoy them. This will get you kicked/banned. Excuses will not be tollerated as to your reasoning.
Abuse is when you attack someone in chat, for example, hurtful comments, foul language and threats.

Griefing
A griefer is a player who deliberately irritates and harasses other players within the game. For example, excessive destruction to someones home/base because you thought it would be "fun", or just wanted to destroy something for the sake of it. Just to make things perfectly clear, even if something isn't claimed, it is still griefing if you destroy it. This also includes land that nothing is built on, as mass destruction of random land is unnecessary. Griefers will be banned.

Racism/Discrimination
Racism is usually defined as views, practices and actions reflecting the belief that humanity is divided into distinct biological groups called races and that members of a certain race share certain attributes which make that group as a whole less desirable, more desirable, inferior or superior, this also includes religious views, such as hateful language and racial terms/slurs. Discrimination is the same as racism except it can include any personal feature, for example age, gender, race, height, occupation, sexual orientation etc. These will result in an instant ban.

Illegitimate Client Mods/Hacked Clients
Anything that alters the way you do vanilla actions on the server are prohibited. For example, auto fishing mods, auto mining mods, "forcefield" mods (automatically hitting things that come near) etc. Hacked clients and other hacks such as x-ray mods or texture packs, speed hacks, fly mods etc. are not at all permitted. We will find out, you will be banned and all your items removed and destroyed. Mods like Inventory Tweaks, Minimap mods (as long as they don't display player/mob locations) are completely fine.

Bug Exploitation
If you notice a bug within vanilla Minecraft or any plugins on the server, please let us know as soon as possible. If you exploit this bug, you will be found out and punished at our discretion.

Spam
Don't spam chat. For example, saying something over and over, or repeatedly using commands such as "/msg" to irritate a user. This includes any commands that may disrupt other users, for example spamming "/afk" or "/me". Spamming chat also include messages containing spammed letters, complete gibberish (non-understandable messages) and all caps messages. Also, deliberately dying repeatedly to spam chat is not allowed.

Advertising
Do not list any servers, IP's or products that aren't related to TWKGaming and/or any of its services.

Yelling
TYPING IN ALL CAPS. You will be muted/kicked if you persist with it.

Portal Traps
Due the the fact there is nothing the traped player can do, you must leave room on at least 1 side of your Nether Portals that allow people to leave the portal area so they can type commands or walk away from the portal.

Duplicating
Duplicating blocks is not permitted in any form, which includes repeatedly placing and breaking blocks to get double drops from McMMO. We will find out, and all materials that were duplicated will be destroyed (also note, if you already have some of that material, it will be destroyed along with it). Just to clarify, you may break an ore/block
once with a Silk Touch pickaxe, and then break it with a normal pickaxe to yield more than you normally would. Repeatedly placing the ore and breaking it with Silk Touch to duplicate the ore multiple times is
not allowed as this is duping.

Combat Logging
This is when you log out of the server during combat to avoid being killed. If you are caught doing this, you will be slayed.

Arguing with the server staff
Admins, X-Mods and Mods are there to keep the server fair and fun for all. If we ask you to do something, or make a certain decision, it's for a good reason.
Please speak English in general. We are a English orientated server.
