As the subject suggests there is a bug with the rapscallion race on the WCS server. And the user "ralleboy<3" has been exploiting it over and over. What ralleboy has been doing is going completely invisible and just waiting for the bug to happen, enabling him to walk around and his invisibility not to break.
Someone had a theory on the server that it was a roots ultimate from the other team freezing him then when the timers up freeing and making him able to walk around invisible. The demo is below he was doing this alot not just the end of the map clip I have. Also in the demo he to protests his innocence in broken english (just about the only time I've heard him talk english on the server) but he seems to know he is invis even though he cannot see it himself.
