Ok I have had a look through HLstats they have a long history of playing on the server and it seems a rare action, and with out knowing the full situation of the server at the time ie coversations etc that went on I don't think a ban is in order. If this does happen again please contact an admin asap and we will try and catch this in a way that its completely fair.
