I wont update them until I know all is ok. ATM the upgrade still crashes servers when ppl join.

Are you sure thats not a DDOS? Thats hell of a traffic. Or has it been hacked?

Ring the GSP and find out where the traffic is coming from / going to.

For the web one, just from the site and maps, if I read it correctly we have around 35 gigs per month... but Tunes is the one that knows 100% about that :D

I remember that from GG server when it was packed daily we had a regular 80 gigs of traffic per month just for maps and just for that one server.

During that weird traffic spike, I nonitoredthe server and the ip's where all from steam, 6 different one, but all from steam, with very high traffic, looks like the server was trying to get something and throwing it into /dev/null, unless steam workers are DDOS'in the servers, ddos is out of the question.

Yes, web traffic goes around 35Gb per month, we have not much stats on the previous server, but it did around 4gb per day.

My web server puts out around 1Tb of web/mail/dns traffic per month.

Vogon, at time I enter the server, there were no other users except me and no ftp ports were open.

The process owning the cpu, ram and net traffic, were all srcds ones.

so 250GB over the limit? lol
i hope u dont have to pay $1/GB over the limit coz then someone will be on a diet for a long time
