it's quite easy to get a good moderator, just look how often he is online, if he's trustable ext.
also he has got to speak english well.
plus their should be a moderator which wont abuse his powers, iv'e seen some moderators abusing their powers and it just ruins the fun ( for me ).

well i hope some moderators will be demoted and a few ( potential moderators ) will be Promoted.

an mirox, power is abusive i dont think there has been 1 mod or tunes who hasnt had some fun now and then an who to be demoted oO!?!

Maybe a tf2 server wouldn't come bad at this time, even if full of free noobs, if only one comes into the community, its a victory!

And yes, being a mod sometimes leads people to abuse its power, however I don't give THAT much power to mods.

There is no one to be demoted atm, and maybe one or two might get promoted.

I think the ban command has much power as if someone wants to get kicked out of the comunity why not ban every one so you should choose mods carefully, though this wont happend
